These general terms and conditions (terms and conditions, booking and cancellation conditions) regulate the contractual relations between the operator of the accommodation facility "Kokořín Apartments" and the guests (hereinafter referred to as "customers").


1. Prices and services
Indicative prices for accommodation and any additional services are given in the presentation materials of the accommodation provider (website, brochures, etc.). However, the customer is bound by the price stated in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher). For the scope of the contractually agreed services and prices, the breakdown in the voucher is binding.

The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond its control (e.g. force majeure).

  • The cancellation fee is calculated on the total amount of the order.

  • The cancellation fee represents compensation for damages caused to the accommodation provider.

  • The property reserves the right to issue an advance invoice. The advance payment is 100% of the total amount of the booked stay, unless otherwise agreed between the accommodation provider and the client.

  • The accommodation provider reserves the right to issue an invoice for the total price of the stay, payable in advance before the stay takes place. It is a condition of the guest's accommodation that a receipt of payment is presented on the day of arrival at the accommodation.

  • In the event of cancellation of a stay for which a deposit or total payment has already been made and according to the cancellation policy the amount of the payment made is higher than the cancellation fee, the accommodation provider is obliged to offer another date to use up the deposit paid, valid until the end of the year. Advance payments are non-refundable.

  • In the event of early termination or interruption of the stay without the fault of the accommodation provider, the accommodation provider is not obliged to refund the paid price of the stay or its proportional part to the client.


2. Cancellation of stay by the customer
The customer is entitled to cancel the booking at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires electronic cancellation in writing (e-mail with delivery) to

In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed price of the order will be charged. The date and time of sending the email is decisive for determining the cancellation period.

Individual cancellation fees may be negotiated for larger groups.

The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the above cancellation fees if he/she could not use the agreed services due to the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his/her family, serious illness, call-up order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to provide written proof of the aforementioned facts to the accommodation provider within 3 days of their occurrence.


3. Validity
These terms and conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and the accommodation voucher.

4. Final cleaning
A final cleaning fee is included in the room rate.


5. Handing over the keys
The keys will be stored in the security box located at the entrance to the complex. You will receive the unlock code on the day of arrival by email.

Please return the keys to the security box upon departure and lock it with the same code. The loss or non-return of keys will be charged CZK 2,000, payable within 30 days of discovery of this fact, i.e. from the day of departure at the latest.

There is parking for 6 cars on the premises.
